Neighborhood Guide
Whether you’re attending one of our events, planning a night out in our neighborhood, or just visiting while you’re in New York City, we are here to help you make the most of your visit. Our neighborhood is home to many great restaurants and businesses, some of which offer special discounts and offers as outlined below.
Concessions
We invite visitors to purchase beverages and snacks pre-show and at intermission (for productions with intermissions) for all events in the Wade Thompson Drill Hall in lounges located in our historic period rooms.
Free wine and still or sparkling water is available before the performance or at intermission at a special first-floor bar for all events in the Recital Series and Artists Studio.
A small selection of complimentary snacks and drinks is available at most events in Making Space at the Armory.
Armory After Hours
Salon culture has enlivened art since the 19th century, when friends gathered in elegant chambers to hear intimate performances and share artistic insights. Join us following select evening performances in the Wade Thompson Drill Hall for libations with fellow attendees as we revive this tradition in a contemporary context within our historic period rooms. You may also get to talk with the evening’s artists, who often greet friends and audience members following their performances.
