There are 14 steps required to enter the front of the building. For individuals requiring assisted access, a sidewalk-level entrance is available at 103 East 66th Street, located just east of Park Avenue. Patrons can ring the service bell when they arrive or can arrange prior to arrival by calling the main security desk at (212) 616-3950, Ext. 1. 

Assistive Listening Devices are available to check out with a valid state-issued ID card on a first-come, first-served basis for most Drill Hall events. There is no rental fee. The Assistive Listening Devices are induction loops. Unfortunately, the T-Coil listening system is not available.

For assigned seated events, wheelchair and companion locations are available for purchase. To purchase wheelchair and companion tickets online, please select the Accessible Seating option under Additional Options when adding tickets to your cart.

There are several wheelchairs available at 103 East 66th Street entrance to use during your visit. Wheelchair escorts for visitors who borrow a wheelchair are currently unavailable. Complimentary admission is available for caregivers and aids for visual art events.

Single stall accessible restrooms are available on the North side of the main lobby.

Service animals are welcome at Park Avenue Armory.

A lactation room can be made available before, during, and after your event. Please contact the Box Office by email at solutions@armoryonpark.org or call (212) 933-5812 (Monday through Friday 10:00am–6:00pm) if you will require the use of the lactation room at least two weeks prior to your visit. 

For most events, our standard chair is 19.5 inches wide (arm rest to arm rest), 16 inches deep (front of cushion to the back of cushion) and 18.5 inches high (floor to cushion).
