Ticketing Policies & FAQ

The Armory is open during ticketed programming and on select dates for guided tours. For more information on touring the Armory, please visit the tours page.

In-person Box Office hours vary. Please call (212) 933-5812 for current in-person Box Office hours.

Unless otherwise noted, cell phones must be turned off prior to the start of the event.

The lobby generally opens one hour before the event, and the house typically opens 30 minutes prior to the event. Visit the event-specific page for more information and updates.

There is no formal dress code. Attendees are encouraged to wear clothing that they feel most comfortable in.

Due to the nature of the Armory's programming, children under the age of eight are not recommended to attend events, unless otherwise noted. Please contact the Box Office at solutions@armoryonpark.org or call (212) 933-5812 (Monday through Friday 10:00am–6:00pm) to learn more about age recommendations for specific events. All attendees must have a ticket regardless of age, and the Armory reserves the right to remove disruptive people from its spaces.

Emailed tickets are sent from Park_Avenue_Armory@armoryonpark.org with the subject "Your Park Avenue Armory Tickets". If you are having trouble locating your e-tickets, simply email solutions@armoryonpark.org with the details of your order and our Box Office team can resend your tickets by email. E-tickets can be printed in advance or presented on a smartphone on the brightest setting at the door. The Box Office on site can always reprint misplaced tickets. Some events may issue e-tickets two weeks prior to the event date. Reference your order confirmation for more information or call the Box Office at (212) 933-5812 (Monday through Friday 10:00am–6:00pm). 

Ticket buyers can give the tickets to a friend, donate the value of the tickets back to Park Avenue Armory and receive a tax–deductible contribution, or exchange to another event within the same production.

Please note the following:

• For single ticket buyers, there is a $15 exchange fee for tickets more than $25, and a $5 exchange fee for tickets $25 or less. This fee is waived for members at the $250 Supporter Level and above and for subscribers.
• Tickets may only be exchanged once per production.
• Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original event date by calling (212) 933-5812 (M–F 10am-6pm). The ticket buyer is responsible for any difference in ticket price.

Misplaced tickets can be reissued by calling the Box Office at (212) 933-5812. The Box Office can arrange for your tickets to be available for pickup at the Box Office on the day of your event.

Park Avenue Armory is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties such as ticket brokers or online outlets such as ticket resale websites. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance, and we cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets.

Continue to check the website as tickets may be released for sale. A standby line is available for most events. Interested ticket buyers are welcome to join the in-person standby line starting 1 hour prior to the event. Limit 1 ticket per person. Cash or credit card. In the event any tickets become available, they will be offered to the standby line at face value. Contact the Box Office to confirm if the standby line is available for a specific event.
